Morgan K Freeburg over at House of Eratosthenes has posted a column that deserves more views. The Caveman And The Calculator tries to explain the mindset of those who claim to have the best answer for those who could fall beneath the safety net of the entitlement
The article is worth the read as it succinctly peals away the thought process (or lack of) that undergrids the current debates on increases in the government handouts the country seen in the last 10 to 20 years.
“… when a lack of understanding automatically leads to curiosity, right off the bat that makes me different from the subjects I seek to study. They can surpass milestone after milestone in the spectrum of mounting frustration, and from what I’ve been able to see, entirely fail to realize even the slightest ambition to try to find out more than they already know.”
Morgan always makes me think and that is a good thing.
